Block Hours Billing
Add the ability to add "block hours" under specific orgs, then allow us to remove those hours from tickets. This will allow us to "pre-bill" the customer for these hours upfront!

Screenshot From IT-Connect
When submitting a ticket via the IT-Connect APP, add the ability for the end user to attach a "screenshot" to the ticket. By clicking a button the user should be able to screenshot the screen and auto attach to the ticket!

System Wide Installer For IT-Connect
The current IT-Connect installer is per-user. Making it really hard to push via RMM automatically. Please make it system wide, or at least offer a system wide version

End User Templates Rework
Redo how end user templates are shown to the users, currently inside of the IT-Connect app, end user templates are not very easily seen. Being able to "Pin" up to like 5 common ones would be nice too.
