Add a calendar to the project tabs
Add a calendar to the projects area, or in general, something that easily allows to see pre-scheduled items in one area, Or an integration that could do the same, but I think Natively would be better.

When submitting a ticket via the IT-Connect APP, add the ability for the end user to attach a "screenshot" to the ticket. By clicking a button the user should be able to screenshot the screen and auto attach to the ticket!
