Most companies / clients don't have 2 lines for Address.

Automatically generate users when e-mails come in based on the allowed domain. Also auto-generate users for the ultimate client when users enter a new e-mail adres, attach it to the console and let the administrator decide if they will allow login to the chat client.

Make it possible to login the chat agent with a simple one-time code or attach it to my console based on the e-mail adres and let the administrator decide if it is allowed.

I love the conversation feed but when an e-mail is received or sent it just says 'Email Note' and you have to click to open. Consider displaying the e-mail and content and make a smart filter to filter out the signature, maybe this can be done with AI or search/filter for repetitive texts below an e-mail and don't show them.
