We deployed the solution for automatic inclusion of users for a customer when emails received from specified domain users.

Now you have the flexibility to add domains for customers during customer creation or later in the customer details. Once a domain is added within customer details, any email received from users of that domain will result in the automatic addition of the user to the customer, complete with their first name, last name, email address, and the site set as HQ.
