Currently running a trial with Guardz and using google workspace , we discovered that our scan was picking up Daydesk Supporting TLS 1.0 or 1.1 (which are officially deprecated). Supporting Weak Ciphers like Triple DES (3DES) or RC4. Lacking Forward Secrecy, which protects past communications even if a server key is stolen.

Allow to search Cities, vice having to scroll and allow user to enter Cities not listed. Other option is don't have a drop down list on for Cities.

While using DeskDay, I noticed that ticket types and sub-types are not displayed in alphabetical order, making it harder to quickly find the desired type.

While filtering by customer on the DeskDay mobile app, I reached the Choose Customer screen but couldn’t type anything in the search field.

Clicking the profile picture on the Windows desktop app sometimes triggers a random sign-out.
