Ticket types/sub-types not in alphabetical order

While using DeskDay, I noticed that ticket types and sub-types are not displayed in alphabetical order, making it harder to quickly find the desired type.

Cannot type in customer search on mobile app

While filtering by customer on the DeskDay mobile app, I reached the Choose Customer screen but couldn’t type anything in the search field.
