Images in marketing emails from DeskDay appear too large in Outlook Classic

I received the email and can see the images; however, in Outlook Classic on Windows 11, some images are so large that they take up the entire preview window. The same emails display correctly in Outlook Web and Outlook Mobile (iOS).

Time entry note appearing in chat message notifications

In DeskDay, the time entry note is being displayed in place of the chat message variable in the notification template. This causes incorrect content to appear in notifications.

Ticket types/sub-types not in alphabetical order

While using DeskDay, I noticed that ticket types and sub-types are not displayed in alphabetical order, making it harder to quickly find the desired type.
