Feature requests

The feature request board is a dedicated space for collecting, organising, and prioritising user suggestions and ideas for product enhancements.
IP Restriction has indicated 'coming soon' for a while. It would be nice to have that feature as all of our techs are mobile and MUST have our VPN which provides our Cloud IP.

When submitting a ticket via the IT-Connect APP, add the ability for the end user to attach a "screenshot" to the ticket. By clicking a button the user should be able to screenshot the screen and auto attach to the ticket!

End User Templates Rework
Redo how end user templates are shown to the users, currently inside of the IT-Connect app, end user templates are not very easily seen. Being able to "Pin" up to like 5 common ones would be nice too.
