Specific need I have is for a co-managed situation where the customer's Internal IT Technician will be a technician in our Deskday. I only want him to be able to see tickets assigned to him OR tickets that are from his end users (e.g. end user email domain is @customer.com). I don't want him to be able to see my other customers or tickets.
