Add the ability to add "block hours" under specific orgs, then allow us to remove those hours from tickets. This will allow us to "pre-bill" the customer for these hours upfront!

+1 - I sell prepaid block hours to my customers and simply need Deskday to deduct from the total. I need to be able to pull a report showing the ticket with brief description and hours billed, if my customer wants to know where the hours went.
