End User Templates Rework
Redo how end user templates are shown to the users, currently inside of the IT-Connect app, end user templates are not very easily seen. Being able to "Pin" up to like 5 common ones would be nice too.

Availability of the application in multiple languages

RTL support
Hebrew and Arab languages speakers use RTL (Right To Left) writing direction and that also true for reading emails etc. RTL support for the system (even if for the interface that would be yet to come) is highly required.
